About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst with strong foundational knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role involves supporting financial planning cycles, analyzing variances, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and analyze financial reports and dashboards.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles.
Work closely with business teams to understand financial performance.
Track key financial metrics and highlight risks/opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial models.
Key Requirements:
Basic knowledge of FP&A concepts (Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
