🎯 Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Electronic Banking Operations to manage end-to-end operations of payment systems including IMPS, UPI, BBPS, RuPay, Visa (Domestic & International), ATM transactions, and card settlements.

The role requires strong operational oversight, reconciliation expertise, compliance management, RBI reporting exposure, and team leadership.

👥 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Team Management & Monitoring

• Lead and supervise daily operations team.

• Allocate tasks, track progress, ensure accuracy in settlements and reconciliation.

• Handle escalations and maintain operational excellence.

• Train and groom team members.

🔹 Payment Operations Oversight

• Manage IMPS, UPI, BBPS, PG modules, RuPay & Visa settlements.

• Ensure NPCI & VISA guideline compliance.

• Monitor transaction processing & settlement accuracy.

• Supervise dispute management processes.

🔹 Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure RBI reporting accuracy and audit readiness.

• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes.

🔹 Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify manual processes for automation.

• Coordinate with IT & Product teams for workflow enhancements.

• Reduce operational risk through system improvements.

🔹 Documentation & Governance

• Prepare BRDs, SOPs, process notes.

• Present documentation to stakeholders.

• Ensure audit readiness of documentation.

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Reconciliation teams.

• Liaise with NPCI, VISA, Cashnet.

• Report critical issues to senior management.
