Project Lead - Commercial Construction and Design Coordination
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee our
commercial construction and design coordination initiatives. This role will
drive project success through effective leadership and innovative solutions,
ensuring that all designs are executed seamlessly and meet the highest
standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of commercial construction projects from
conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate design processes among architects, engineers, and contractors to
foster collaboration and optimize project outcomes.

Develop and maintain project schedules, offering updates and adjustments as
necessary to stakeholders and team members.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and
compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.

Facilitate communication between diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients to
address project challenges and maintain alignment.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase project
milestones and performance metrics to senior management.

Implement best practices in project management and construction
methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (B.Tech
preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial
construction sector.

Proven expertise in construction management practices and design
coordination.

Strong knowledge of project management software and tools, e.g., MS Project,
AutoCAD.

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on
stakeholder engagement.

maintaining a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
