Job Summary:

The Facility Manager for Hard Services will oversee the technical maintenance and management of our facilities, ensuring optimal operation and safety standards are met. With a strong focus on hard facility services, this role is critical in enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of our physical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of technical staff to manage repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment of facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess needs, formulate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee budget management for hard services operations, ensuring all expenditures are within financial parameters.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective measures as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to align facility services with operational needs and support organizational goals.
