Role: Production Manager - Transport Refrigeration

Qualification : BE / B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 15 Years Plus Expereince in Similar capacity  in Reefer Body Manufacturing Industries

Job responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end production of reefer truck bodies, insulated vans, and sandwich panel products
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Implement and monitor quality control systems for insulation, fabrication, and assembly processes
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
