Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our innovative team at Agentic AI. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and prompt engineering to develop cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our products and drive organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to support AI-driven initiatives.
• Conduct prompt engineering to optimize AI performance and improve user interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI features into applications.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in AI capabilities.
• Document development processes and create technical specifications for AI projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members on AI-related topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or a related domain.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI and data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and their applications.
• Certification in AI or machine learning from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment or technology innovation role.
