Position Title: Lead Assistant Manager (LAM) - Supply Chain Management

Summary
The Lead Assistant Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for managing
diversified and fragmented processes across multiple clients, leading a team
of 20+ members. The role focuses on end-to-end operations management, process
streamlining, SOP updates, and ensuring SLA adherence. Key responsibilities
include team performance management, task allocation, cross-training,
stakeholder engagement, and providing timely, constructive feedback to drive
team productivity and career growth. Strong multitasking, attention to detail,
and communication skills are essential for success.
Basic Function

Lead end-to-end team operations, ensuring seamless delivery, process
standardization, and continuous improvement.

Manage a team of 20+ members, driving performance, engagement, and
capability development.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
while enhancing operational efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective
communication.

Schedule and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review calls.
- Proactively manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Handle multiple process streams and clients simultaneously, ensuring
consistent delivery standards.

Identify process gaps and drive process streamlining and standardization
initiatives.

Review, update, and maintain SOPs and process documentation regularly.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, controls, and SLA/KPI requirements.

Drive cross-training initiatives to build a multi-skilled and flexible
workforce.

Identify skill gaps and implement training plans to enhance team capability.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and backup readiness across processes.
Performance parameters

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain concepts and system
associated with the same
- Microsoft Office suite (MBR/WBR deck, Basic knowledge of Excel)
- Good exposure to ERPs

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain/Procurement functions
- Experience in reporting, validation, and data analysis
- Expertise in managing and updating process documentation
