We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to support business growth by developing high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals. The role requires strong writing skills, business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Prepare RFP / RFI / RFQ responses for global clients
Develop compelling proposal content, case studies, and presentations
Work with sales, presales, solutioning, and delivery teams
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear proposals
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding
Edit, proofread, and improve existing proposal documents
Maintain content repository and reusable templates
Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong content writing / business writing skills
Good understanding of proposal lifecycle / bid management
Attention to detail (grammar, formatting, structure)
Ability to handle multiple deadlines
🔹 Preferred Background
Experience in:
Proposal writing / bid management
Content writing (B2B / corporate)
Presales / sales support
Exposure to industries like:
BFSI
Healthcare
Analytics / BPO
