Head-Project Control

 

 

The Head of Project Control leads the planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management across large-scale EPC projects. This senior leadership role ensures timely, budget-compliant project delivery by directing multidisciplinary teams and integrating engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) workflows

 

Key Responsibilities

·          Strategic Leadership: Lead the multidisciplinary teams of Planners, Cost Controllers, and Document Controllers across complex, multicultural sites.

·          Project Scheduling: Formulate comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and integrated baselines (using tools like Primavera P6 and SAP).

·          Cost & Budget Management: Oversee cost forecasts, monitor budget performance, manage cash flows, and certify client billing and subcontractor/vendor invoices.

·          Risk & Change Management: Identify potential schedule or cost overruns, provide early warning signals, and drive remedial actions.

·          Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and manage project dashboards, track progress measurement procedures, and compile consolidated project close-out reports for senior management
