Generative AI Specialist
Job Summary:
The Generative AI Specialist will play a pivotal role in our organization by
developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions. This

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop generative AI models, including Large Language Models
(LLMs) and tailored algorithms to meet project-specific requirements.

Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in deep learning (DL)
and machine learning (ML) to maintain a competitive edge.

Evaluate and refine generative AI approaches, utilizing retrieval-augmented
generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model performance.

Provide expertise and share insights on best practices for deploying AI
solutions at scale across various platforms.

Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers on best practices in
generative AI and machine learning methodologies.

Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders, articulating complex
concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a
related field.

5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on
generative AI technologies.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI
frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
