Wind Lead 

Minimum Experience 15+ years 

Reports To Program Director :Overview Provide PMO governance for the Wind package, with focus on WTG/BOP/USS integration, execution risk, logistics, erection and commissioning readiness. Accountability Boundary Owns programme-level Wind technical governance; site delivery monitoring remains under the Wind Site Team Leader and discipline team. 

 

Core Duties & Responsibilities

 Review Wind package performance, milestone forecasts, major risks and recovery recommendations from the Wind Site Team Leader. 

Provide technical governance for WTG, BoP, civil, mechanical/electrical erection, crane/logistics and USS/grid interfaces.

 Resolve or escalate cross-package constraints affecting access, energization, SCADA/control-system integration monitored by the respective Electrical Engineer, HOTO or shared infrastructure.

 Review critical quality, HSE and commissioning matters affecting turbine readiness and programme milestones. Support contractual and stakeholder decisions with coordinated technical recommendations. Ensure package recommendations are consistent with Client objectives and PMO reporting controls.

Wind governance and critical issue report. WTG/BoP/USS milestone-risk recommendations.

 Wind commissioning/HOTO gate advisory.
