Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Karnal. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop role-specific job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies and platforms to attract diverse candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and prepare reports on recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives by participating in job fairs and networking events to promote company culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in the Indian context.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
