Executive

* Operate and monitor Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and pallet conveyor systems.
* Supervise material movement, storage, and retrieval of finished goods within the warehouse.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock accounting.
* Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
* Monitor loading activities and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
* Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure timely release of dispatch vehicles.
* Ensure safe unloading, storage, and handling of raw materials and chemicals as per standard operating procedures.
* Coordinate with Quality Assurance for material sampling and inspection activities.
* Ensure timely preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment and report operational issues.
* Maintain warehouse documentation, compliance records, and inventory reports.
* Drive warehouse safety practices, 5S implementation, and adherence to HIRA, CAPA, and statutory requirements.
* Work closely with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen and process optimization activities.
