POSITION PURPOSE
To Achieve Retail Assets disbursal volume targets - Prime Housing and LAP. Build distribution and ensure right quality sourcing. Ensure the profitability parameters are met:
- Pricing
- Fee
- Cost of Acquisition
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

| 2 | Training & skills enhancement of Channels/DSAs on asset products |
| 3 | Acquisition & empanelment of DSAs for Small Business Loans |
| 4 | Achieve Business Loans disbursement targets through DSA's |
| 5 | DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc) |
| 6 | Training and development of DSAs |
| 7 | Increasing productivity of Channels/DSAs |
| 8 | Compliance on KYC and PDDs |
| 9 | Competition mapping |
