Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect with 18+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial architecture , preferably within an EPC or engineering consulting environment, and should be well-versed in international design standards, with exposure to US codes and standards preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design activities, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and delivering high-quality design solutions from concept through detailed design and execution support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed designs, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, process, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Interpret project requirements, specifications, and applicable international codes and standards.
• Apply US/international architectural codes and standards wherever applicable.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, models, layouts, and design deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, applicable codes, quality requirements, and client standards.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with clients and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level architects/designers.
• Support project teams during construction and resolve design-related technical issues.
• Prepare and present design concepts and visualizations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of architectural packages in line with project schedules.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Architectural Design , preferably for industrial projects .
• Good knowledge of international architectural codes and standards ; exposure to US codes is preferred .
• Hands-on expertise in Revit is mandatory.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Lumion is mandatory.
• Ability to develop high-quality architectural 3D models, renderings, and presentations.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Desired Experience

• 18+ years of overall architectural experience.
• Experience in industrial / EPC / engineering consulting projects is highly preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale and multidisciplinary projects.
• Exposure to international projects and global design standards will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in a lead/senior architectural role is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• Master's degree in Architecture or a relevant specialization will be an added advantage.
• Professional registration/licensure is preferred.
