Project Lead
Job Summary:
The Project Lead will be instrumental in overseeing and executing large-scale
commercial projects in Mumbai, ensuring they are completed on time, within
scope, and aligned with our organizational standards. This role combines
strategic leadership with hands-on coordination to drive project success and
foster collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple
large-scale commercial projects in compliance with organizational standards.

Coordinate with various teams including design, engineering, and
construction to ensure seamless integration of project activities.

Oversee pre-construction and post-construction phases, addressing any
challenges and ensuring project targets are met.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and
contractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to
senior management and addressing any risks or issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements throughout the
project lifecycle.

Mentor and guide project team members, fostering an environment of
continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) is a must, supplemented by
NICMAR or PMP certification.

A minimum of 20 years of post-graduation experience within the project
management domain.

Proven track record of successfully managing at least 2 commercial projects
in Mumbai with a minimum scale of over 5 L sqft.

Extensive experience in design coordination, ensuring all design
specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong background in pre/post construction activities, including project
planning, scheduling, and budget management.

Demonstrated experience in construction project management (PMC), showcasing
effective leadership abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage
with diverse stakeholders.
