Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI / PropTech to lead the development and growth of AI-powered digital products within a leading Saudi real estate technology platform.

The role will focus on building products across real estate search, discovery, matchmaking, valuation, financing, personalisation, and digital auctions .

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management experience with hands-on AI/ML product experience and exposure to PropTech, Real Estate, Marketplace, FinTech, or similar digital platforms .

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle from product discovery and strategy to development, launch, and optimisation .
• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, priorities, and product requirements.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Develop AI-powered features such as:
  • Intelligent search and recommendations
  • Matching and personalisation
  • LLM-based assistants
  • AI agents / Agentic AI
  • Automated valuation
  • Predictive analytics
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI products.
• Prepare PRDs and define AI requirements, model behaviour, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and fallback processes.
• Define KPIs and use product analytics, SQL, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve product performance.
