Generative AI Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Generative AI Specialist to join our innovative team in Gurugram. This role is pivotal in driving the development of advanced AI solutions utilizing cutting-edge techniques in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning, ultimately enhancing our organization's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement generative models using deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for natural language processing tasks, including text generation and sentiment analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows.
Conduct research on the latest advancements in LLM (Large Language Models) and their applications within the organization.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on AI model performance.
Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices in AI development.
Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and NLP techniques.
Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their practical applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in deploying AI models to production and familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or R.
Understanding of ethical AI practices and their implications in real-world applications.
Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a tech team.
