Acquisition/Associate Manager or Banking Officer (BO) - CASA
Job Summary:
The Banking Officer (BO) for CASA will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Current Account and Savings Account portfolio. This position involves building strong customer relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote CASA products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential client segments.
- Assist in account opening procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide ongoing support and address their financial needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with other banking departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline service delivery.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote the bank’s services and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail banking or financial services, with a focus on CASA products.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
