Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager with strong expertise in Tendering, Bidding and Proposal Management for Railway and Metro Projects . The candidate will be responsible for leading the complete proposal process from tender study and estimation through final bid submission, while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tendering, bidding and proposal activities for Railway and Metro projects.
• Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs and contractual requirements.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals in coordination with Design, Estimation, Commercial, Procurement and other teams.
• Manage cost estimation, rate analysis, vendor/subcontractor quotations and commercial inputs.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, OEMs and subcontractors for competitive bids.
• Prepare and review pre-bid queries, clarifications and tender documentation.

Must Have

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Tendering, Bidding, Proposals or Estimation.
• Mandatory experience in Railway and/or Metro projects.
• Strong Civil Engineering background with experience in Railway/Metro construction projects .
• Proven experience in independently handling tenders up to final bid submission .
• Strong understanding of technical, commercial and contractual aspects of railway/metro tenders.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
