• Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years in Corporate Front Office, Banking, or Hospitality
• Work Location: TVH Agnitio Park, 141, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Nehru Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600096.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Visitor Management

• First Impression Management: Greet and welcome high-profile corporate clients, banking customers, and visitors with a professional and pleasing demeanor.
• Inflow Management: Coordinate visitor entry, issue visitor badges, and direct guests to the respective meeting rooms or bank officials.
• Call Routing: Manage the central EPABX / switchboard system, handle incoming inquiries, and route calls accurately to various departments.

2. Customer Relationship & Desk Operations

• Query Resolution: Assist walk-in customers with basic banking inquiries and direct them to the appropriate relationship manager.
• Courier & Mail Logistics: Oversee the inward and outward movement of official bank couriers, confidential documents, and letters; maintain an accurate tracking log.

3. System & Administrative Support

• Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate digital logs of daily visitors, appointments, and staff attendance using computers.
• Office Infrastructure Support: Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure the reception area, lobby, and meeting rooms remain pristine, organized, and fully stocked with required stationeries/brochures.

 

Qualifications Candidate Profile & Core Skills

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil . The ability to converse confidently with corporate executives is essential.
• System Knowledge: Good proficiency in using computers, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily reporting and email communication.
• Professional Etiquette: Pleasing personality, excellent grooming standards, and a customer-centric attitude.

Education

• Any Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.). Candidates with a background in Aviation, Hospitality, or Banking/Corporate front-desk roles will be highly preferred.
