What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced organisation with a vision to build a strong Logistics ecosystem. As a supply development executive, you will be responsible for building strong vehicle supply pipeline to cater to market demand in a timely manner.
· Work as Supply onboarding SPOC at assigned territory / market
· Ensures correct paperwork & documentation
· Ensures correct & timely availability of supply partners
The role will be responsible for handling multiple products in a highly operational environment. The person should be highly resourceful in managing customer concerns & issue resolution. Should have clear understanding of required documentation for vehicle movements.
Core Responsibilities:
· Capable of negotiating with fleet owners – truck owners / transporters about pricing, services, terms and conditions, and closing the deal
· End-to-end management of all agreements and contracts with Supply partners
· Good knowledge of the logistics planning, regulations and policies, floating enquiry to the market (RFQ)
· Taking project-specific quotations from the vendors under required technical specifications
· Planning allotting the vehicles in correct capacity as per requirement
· Working closely with truck owners, transporters in the region

Qualifications:
· Graduate with experience in sales & operations in trucking industry
· Proficient in using MS Excel & ability to write/fill Forms
· MIS management
· Good understanding of how freight market and relationships between truckers, consignors, shippers and brokers work.
· Experience with an existing digital freight aggregation platform will be preferred.
· Ability to work independently and pro-actively
