SME Business development

Role Purpose:
To drive business development initiatives for the SME Segment by identifying and sourcing potential
SMEs for listing on the SME IPO platform, supporting business growth, and ensuring efficient
management of departmental operations, financial activities, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for listing on the SME IPO
platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective issuers and market intermediaries.
• Leverage capital market knowledge to support SME listing initiatives and business
development activities.
• Manage and maintain the department's database efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and
timely updates.
• Support financial management activities, including budgeting, vendor management, and
business administration.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify business opportunities and
support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals for internal and external
stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business development
initiatives.
