Relationship Manager - LAP Products
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for LAP Products plays a pivotal role in sourcing and
managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and connectors to drive the sales of
Loan Against Property (LAP). This position is essential in fostering client
relationships and ensuring a seamless sales process, directly impacting the
growth of our LAP products within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and connectors to expand
our LAP sales network.

Identify and approach potential clients to promote LAP products,
understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct market research to assess competitor offerings and identify new
opportunities for growth within the LAP segment.

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales targets and
relationship effectiveness.

disbursement procedures for a better client experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in LAP sales or a similar financial product.
