Role Overview:
The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Household) is a frontline sales role responsible for acquiring new customers for Savings Accounts and building quality customer relationships within the assigned catchment area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new-to-bank Savings Account customers through various sourcing channels.
• Generate leads and references from the assigned catchment area.
• Identify potential customers and convert them into quality business.
• Explain banking products, benefits and services to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer acquisition activities in the market/catchment.
• Ensure proper onboarding and activation of acquired customers on digital banking platforms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support catchment mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets.
• Ensure quality sourcing as per bank policies and defined SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with branch team and other support functions for smooth customer service.
