Sr Executive – Direct Tax

Responsibilities
Finalization of Corporate Tax Returns/ Wealth Tax Returns/ TDS Returns for all legal entities in India
§  Tax advisory on various tax issues and well versed with Domestic law i.e. Income Tax Act and International taxation involving interpretation of tax treaties
§  Working knowledge of other laws such as FEMA, Companies Act
§  Independently handle assessment/reassessment proceedings including preparation of
written submissions and representation before various income tax authorities
§  Independently handle DRP and Appellate proceedings including drafting submissions,
research and representation before DRP and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
§  Assist in Appellate proceedings before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in drafting
submissions, research and briefing counsels and representing the matter
§  Act as a single point of contact, internally and externally, on all corporate tax matters
