plan.

Check the business potential and financial condition of dealers.

Give suggestions to the DGM for creating effective dealer schemes/offers.

Plan the required stock for the region.

Make sure enough products are available, especially when there is extra
demand from projects or customers.

Track sales performance against the planned targets.
2. Generating Sales

Create demand for Bath products and increase sales.
-
Track both
primary sales
(company → dealer) and
secondary sales
(dealer → customer).

Make sure enough stock is available for projects.
-
Regularly check project sales data and use it to make better decisions.
-
Visit project sites when required.
3. Dealer & Distributor Management
-
Make sure dealers and distributors make their payments on time.
-
Avoid overdue payments and maintain a healthy payment record.

Understand dealer problems by checking their
Dealer Health Card
.

Take action to solve dealer issues quickly.
4. Plumber / Influencer Management
-
Build good relationships with plumbers, architects, interior designers and
contractors.

Organize
plumber meets and other engagement activities

Maintain a proper database of these influencers and track the number of
meetings conducted.
5. Coordination with Other Teams
The person will coordinate with:

Service team
– to ensure customer complaints are resolved within the required time.

6. Reporting & Processes

Make sure dealers receive materials/products on time.
