Position - Full Stack Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with expertise in Full Stack Python development to join our team. This role will primarily focus on designing and implementing Proof of Concepts (POCs) leveraging Python, Pydantic, Flask, and FAST APIs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Cloud SQL. Experience with Java, SpringBoot, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) using Full Stack Python technologies including Pydantic, Flask, and FAST APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
Ensure scalability, performance, and robustness of developed solutions.
Integrate solutions with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Cloud SQL.
Write effective and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.

Must-Have Skills:

Very strong experience in Full Stack Python development, with expertise in building scalable applications.
Proficiency with Python frameworks and libraries such as Pydantic, Flask, and FAST APIs.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Cloud SQL, including schema design and optimization.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development principles.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Java and experience with the SpringBoot framework for Java-based application development.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Exposure to Legal Lifecycle Management (LLM) software or related domains.
Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., Google Cloud).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and POCs.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
