Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of façade contracting experience , including Project/Construction Manager-level responsibility.
- PMP certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage façade works across procurement, production, installation, testing, snagging, and handover.
- Looking for residential or commercial projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and other trades.
- Develop and track project schedules, KPIs, risks, procurement, factory production, and site progress.
- Conduct regular factory and site inspections to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical/site challenges.
- Ensure façade works meet design intent, specifications, industry standards, programme, and cost requirements.
