Role - Regional HR partner

Base Location- MG Road, Bangalore

Entire Karnataka State to be managed

Travelling across the state including Rural branches.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Sourcing potential candidates through online channels naukri, linkedin, and other social platforms and professional networks.

·       Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, in-person interview, and working with current staffing agencies and regular recruitments.

·       anage employee relation activities and employee grievances.

·       Responsible for Employee Engagement programs.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders. Planning and execution on employee attrition.

·       Conduct feedback session with new joiners.

·       Responsible for Branch visits, central engagements and initiatives.

·       Supervisor counselling. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture and goal sheet.

·       Work in close coordination with the management to capture key expectations from HR functions and provide effective services and support to them.

·       Provide required reports as per need basis.
