About the role

Understanding of end-to-end policy life cycle & MRC / Slips

Understanding of Bureau market policy documents and updating data to client systems, interpret necessary information for completing assigned tasks

Manage teams and ensure service level targets are met

Preferred knowledge of XIS Signings, LPANs & XIS submission

Proficient to read and understand invoices, PRFs and portfolio transfers

Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements.

Risk Identification and mitigation skills

Drive best practice/ idea sharing

Analytical skills and time management

Proficient in working with Quality team and provide RCA on escalations

Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance

Client interaction and dashboard presentation

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and information security standards.

Manage team and skip level

Graduate with at least fifteen (15) years of education

Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience for manager

Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience Manager

Preferred: LM1 certified

Preferred knowledge of Lloyds of London Market & Xchanging
End to end understanding of Bordereaux management
Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
Good business communication and writing skills
Coaching and feedback ability
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong sense of urgency
