Branch Manager

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies. This role is pivotal in driving sales and growth while fostering a positive team environment that promotes productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop branch team members through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales goals and improve market penetration.
Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the branch to ensure profitability and cost management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Analyze branch performance data and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a banking, financial, or retail industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
Strong understanding of branch operations, compliance, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
Experience with digital banking solutions and new technologies in finance.
Familiarity with local market trends and competitor offerings.
Certification as a Financial Planner (CFP) or similar designation.
Strong networking abilities and community involvement experience.
