Property Manager / Estate Manager
Job Summary:
The Property Manager / Estate Manager will oversee the daily operations of a
high-rise residential property, ensuring the satisfaction of residents and
maintaining the property's value. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant
community atmosphere while effectively managing resources and coordinating
maintenance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including resident relations,
leasing, and facility management.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety
standards and maintenance needs.

Coordinate and supervise the maintenance staff and service contractors to
achieve high-quality service delivery.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective
communication and community engagement activities.

Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring effective allocation of
resources to meet financial goals.

Address and resolve tenant complaints and conflicts in a timely and
professional manner.

Implement strategies to enhance tenant retention and satisfaction, including
events and property upgrades.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a
related field.

Proven experience as a property manager or similar role, preferably within
high-rise residential settings.

Strong knowledge of property management software and maintenance processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
