Structure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Structural analysis and design of steel structures including:
PEBstructures
Foot Over Bridges
Canopies
Trusses & Truss Bridges
Gantries
Industrial sheds
Connection design (Bolted & Welded connections)
Load calculations and analysis including:
Windload
Seismic load
Crane loads
Preparation of structural design calculations and reports
Design of foundations (Isolated / Raft / Pile foundations)
Coordination with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams
Proof-checking of GA drawings, shop drawings, and connection details
Providing site design support and technical clarifications
Preparation and verification of Bill of Materials (BOM)
Handling revisions and as-built drawings
Client coordination for technical queries and rectifications
Ensuring compliance with relevant IS Codes and design standards
Residential buildings
Commercial towers
Industrial sheds and structures
Water retaining structures
Bridges (PSC / RCC), culverts, and infrastructure projects
Seismic and wind load design as per IS Codes
Structural analysis and design of RCC buildings, PSC girders, bridges, flyovers, culverts, and
infrastructure structures

Design of foundations (Isolated, Raft, and Pile foundations)
Preparation of structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation
Seismic and wind load analysis as per IS Codes
Coordination with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams
Proof-checking drawings and ensuring compliance with design standards
Providing site design support and technical clarifications
Preparation and verification of Bill of Materials (BOM)
Handling revisions and as-built drawings
Client coordination for technical queries, clarifications, and design changes
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in STAAD Pro (Steel Analysis & Design)
Working knowledge of Tekla Structures (Steel Detailing & Modelling)
Knowledge of Revit Structures (BIM coordination)
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong understanding of IS Codes for steel design (IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.)
Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation (if foundation-related)
Strong knowledge of IS Codes related to RCC and structural design
Experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation
Ability to interpret structural calculations and drawings
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech Civil / M.Tech Civil

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in PEB and industrial steel structures
Experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges and gantries
Experience in building and infrastructure structural design
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
