Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and driven BI Developer with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance our business processes and decision-making strategies, thus significantly contributing to our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and dashboards in alignment with business requirements.
• Utilize GCP tools such as BigQuery and Dataflow to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business challenges.
• Implement data visualization best practices to create compelling reports and dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues across various datasets.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing BI processes and tools through automation and enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, specifically with GCP.
• Proficient in Python programming for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong SQL skills with a proven track record of writing complex queries and data transformations.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in BI.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
• Certifications in GCP or data analytics methodologies.
