Individual Relationship Officer – Mortgage
Job Summary:
The Individual Relationship Officer plays a crucial role in driving the growth
of the mortgage business by actively sourcing new customers while maintaining
high standards of portfolio quality. This position not only focuses on
customer acquisition but also significantly contributes to revenue generation
through loan insurance and efficient management of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Source new mortgage customers primarily through self-sourcing, ensuring a
strong pipeline of prospects.

Achieve and monitor business KPIs including loan volumes, insurance sales,
and delinquency rates.

Manage customer portfolios and respond to queries, ensuring timely
resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Coordinate closely with Risk and Legal teams to ensure proper documentation
and compliance prior to loan disbursal.

Conduct market awareness activities to promote mortgage offerings and track
competitor rates and proposals.

Maintain a high login-to-conversion ratio of at least 60% through quality
customer documentation and processes.

Meet a minimum of three new customers each day to expand the client base and
gather referrals.
Requirements:

1-5 years of relevant experience in the mortgage or financial services
industry.

Graduate degree in any field with a strong understanding of mortgage
products and processes.

Proficient in customer relationship management and ability to manage a
diverse client portfolio.

Solid understanding of local market conditions and legal documentation
related to mortgages.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer
