Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across large-scale Infrastructure and Rail projects . The role is responsible for establishing BIM standards, managing multidisciplinary BIM models, integrating survey and construction data, and ensuring seamless digital collaboration throughout the project lifecycle—from design and construction to handover and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with project and client requirements.
• Establish BIM standards, workflows, and protocols aligned with ISO 19650 and relevant industry standards.
• Lead the development and management of federated BIM models across Civil, Structural, MEP, Rail Systems, and Utilities.
• Coordinate BIM activities across design, construction, survey, and subcontractor teams.
• Integrate site survey data, point clouds, GIS information, and digital terrain models into BIM workflows.
• Support site setting-out activities using BIM-based coordinates and digital layouts.
• Manage BIM coordination for infrastructure works, utility diversions, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and ensure timely resolution of design conflicts.
• Oversee the use of BIM for construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D), and as-built model development.
• Manage BIM data within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 , or similar platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in BIM management for large Infrastructure, Rail, Metro, Transportation, or Utility projects .
• Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams and project-wide BIM implementation.
• UAE or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
