Job Summary

Fujairah Building Industries is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for its concrete products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, building materials, concrete products, construction, or related industries , with good knowledge of the UAE market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate leads and establish relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies.
Promote and sell the company's concrete products and building-material solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits and understand project requirements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions within company guidelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and sales reports. .

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
Experience dealing with contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies.
Good understanding of the UAE construction and building-materials market.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to generate leads and independently develop new business.
Target-oriented with strong commercial and customer-handling skills.
