AM- Project sales

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, PMC consultants, and Developers.
2. Generate project leads and identify upcoming construction and interior fit-out projects.
3. Drive product specifications and approvals in projects.
4. Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and meetings with key influencers.
5. Track projects from specification stage to execution and closure.
6. Coordinate with channel partners, dealers, and distributors to ensure timely product availability.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through project business development.
8. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
9. Prepare project pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.
10. Ensure collection of payments and resolve customer concerns effectively.
