Job Summary:

The Senior MEP Engineer plays a crucial role in the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects. This position serves to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with industry standards, contributing significantly to the success of our engineering department and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client needs.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to create comprehensive project plans and resolve design conflicts.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications.
• Prepare and review detailed technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on MEP system design and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and select appropriate equipment, materials, and subcontractors for specific project requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
