🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for assigned branches
• Acquire Gold Loan customers through branch cross-sell and open market sourcing
• Generate leads through BTL activities and local market engagement
• Drive customer awareness for Gold Loan products
• Coordinate with branch and support teams for smooth operations
• Manage customer follow-ups and support branch-level Gold Loan activities
