R2R_GL Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling General Ledger (GL) accounting activities

• Preparation and maintenance of GL accounts

• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

• Passing journal entries, accruals, provisions, and prepayments

• Balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis

• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records

• Supporting US clients and following US GAAP

• Coordinating with internal teams for audits and reviews

• Adhering to process controls, SLAs, and timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals

• Hands-on experience in R2R / General Accounting

• Strong exposure to GL accounting (GL bnana aana chahiye)

• Good understanding of debits, credits, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet

• Experience on ERP systems like SAP / Oracle / Workday (preferred)

• Comfortable working in US shift

• Willing to work 100% from office
