Relationship Manager/Sales Manager - Business LAP Sales (DSA)
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for Business LAP Sales is essential in building and
nurturing long-lasting client relationships to drive loan against property
sales through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). This role empowers you to leverage
your financial expertise and interpersonal skills to meet clients' needs while

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with Direct Sales Agents to drive sales
of loan against property products.

Identify potential clients through networking and by leveraging existing DSA
relationships to expand the customer base.

Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, presenting tailored financial
solutions that align with their business objectives.

Monitor sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and
regulatory requirements.

Provide ongoing support and training to DSAs, ensuring they have the
necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
