Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) professional to manage end-to-end general accounting and financial reporting activities. The role involves overseeing month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes , including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger accounting.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations , investigate variances, and ensure resolution within timelines.
• Maintain and review general ledger accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Support audit processes (internal & external) by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls , policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives , and standardization across R2R activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and support team performance management (for senior roles).
