IT Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 8–12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects across enterprise applications, ERP/CRM, cloud, infrastructure, data, integrations, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from requirements and planning through SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and stabilization .
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations.
• Lead project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and steering committee updates.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage testing, cutover, deployment, documentation, and handover to support teams.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT Project Management / IT Delivery .
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in end-to-end enterprise IT project delivery.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, cloud, infrastructure, data, integrations, or digital transformation .
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid and SDLC .
• Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Excel, or similar .
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/ITIL certification is preferred.
• UAE/GCC and real estate, construction, or shared-services experience will be an advantage.
