Job Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and deepen relationships with Aspire Banking customers.

✅ Acquire new affluent customers through referrals, networking, and customer engagement activities.

✅ Drive CASA, Deposits, Insurance, Investment, and other banking product sales.

✅ Cross-sell banking and wealth products to existing customers.

✅ Ensure superior customer service and portfolio growth.

✅ Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

✅ Conduct customer meetings and relationship-building activities.

✅ Identify customer financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.

✅ Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Minimum 2 years of Banking Experience is mandatory.

✔ Experience in Retail Banking, CASA, Relationship Management, Priority Banking, Wealth Banking, or Liabilities Sales.

✔ Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

✔ Sales and target-oriented approach.

✔ Graduation mandatory.
