Deliverables

• Identify and originate real estate financing opportunities across residential, commercial, mixed-use, warehousing, and other real estate asset classes.
•   Source transactions across real estate developers including: 
• Construction finance
• Lease Rental Discounting (LRD)
• Refinance opportunities
• Structured credit and high-yield financing opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, promoters, CFOs, CXOs of Real Estate Companies.
• Assess business models, project cash flows, asset quality, sponsor strength, and transaction risks.
• Structure financing solutions in line with client requirements and internal risk parameters.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, valuers, technical consultants, rating agencies, trustees, and other external stakeholders during transaction execution.
• Identify and source cross-sell opportunities across bank’s product portfolio including Current Accounts, Debt Capital Markets, Salary Accounts, Trade Products, Forex and others.   
• Manage end-to-end deal execution, including:
• Credit approvals
• Due diligence
• Documentation
• Commercial negotiations
• Disbursement and funding
• Play active role in post disbursement monitoring of account and relationship management to ensure repayments in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining credit quality of loan portfolio
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Legal, Product, Treasury, Risk, and Operations teams.
