About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
with strong experience in the
Insurance domain
and good analytical skills to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate
should have a good understanding of insurance business processes and be
comfortable using
MS Excel
for data analysis, reporting, and requirement management.
Experience with
Guidewire
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to
Insurance processes and operations
.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and
translate them into clear functional specifications.

Perform data analysis, reporting, and validation using
MS Excel
.

Conduct requirement analysis and gap analysis to identify business and
process improvements.

Collaborate with technical and development teams to ensure accurate
implementation of business requirements.
-
Prepare
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
, functional specifications, process flows, and other project documentation.
-
Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
, data validation, and issue resolution.
-
Identify business/process gaps and work with stakeholders to develop
effective solutions.

Track requirements and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
-
Support continuous improvement of business processes and operational
workflows.
