Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive / Engineer to drive business growth in the Solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) domain. The role involves customer mapping, relationship management, and business development across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct potential mapping for Solar and BESS customers in the assigned region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, consultants, solar integrators, contractors, channel partners, and OEMs
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the Solar & BESS segment
• Interact with respective State Nodal Agencies (SNAs) for specification conversion and business capture
• Coordinate with Application Engineering teams for battery sizing, technical clarifications, and solution development
• Support specification approvals, techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations with customers
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Ensure effective customer acquisition and retention
• Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve regional and organizational targets
