Operations Expert- Site Supervisor

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

* Responsible to manager kitchen site supervision – measurements of kitchen, technically checking the kitchen requirements (plumbing, Electricals, Civil, Tiling), overseeing installation
* Reporting site operations details on regular basis using excel tools.
* Carpenter management and training them on Kitchen and wardrobe installation. Conducting carpenter reviews, day to day task management and supervision.
* Managing contractor vendors and their invoice processing/payments
* Manage customer/client queries and grievances. Drive customer satisfaction at each site to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
